Splits and dividends are designed to settle automatically onchain.

Underlying shares still experience corporate actions. bStocks are engineered so holders keep economic continuity without manual airdrops or broken balances.

Stock splits (forward & reverse) — balances adjust via the on-chain Multiplier
Dividends — reinvested automatically for whole and fractional holdings (after applicable US withholding tax)
Pre-event notifications — multiplier changes announced via official Binance Announcements
